Thanks for posting up. Pretty nice for only the first few hours. As for improvements: his nose can be reduced and sharpened. his eyes are a bit too big and friendly. his upper lip should run up to the bottom of his nose. Ears can be longer. Arms are a bit too bulky look at extremely thin and cut models like olypmic runners for reference. Aesthetically the torso looks a bit melty check how the breast attaches to the sternum and pits. Also check how the external obliques transitions into his body fat. I can't tell if he has a higher hip bone or if it is just a fleshy fanny pack. I think overall you might want to draw out a rough for his body silhoutte before hitting the details again.
